We have 6 general dentists and endodontics (root canal dentists), oral surgeons, periodontists, orthodontists, dental implant dentists, and cosmetic dentists backed up by all the latest technology that they need to provide optimum treatments such as surgical microscope, CEREC (Crown in a day), CT scan and digital x-rays, etc.
During your first dental appointment, our dentists will have an oral examination and consultation with you and take low-radiation internal x-rays and or full mouth x-ray (OPG).

Do you accept international dental insurance and offer direct billing?
We currently do not offer direct billing to insurance providers. However, we are happy to provide you with a detailed official receipt and any supporting documentation needed after your visit, so you can submit a reimbursement claim directly to your insurer with ease. Most international insurance plans cover dental treatment in Hong Kong — we recommend checking with your provider in advance to understand your entitlements.
Are interest-free installment plans available for dental treatments?
We understand that larger treatment plans — such as dental implants, Invisalign, or full-mouth restorations — represent a meaningful investment in your long-term oral health. For more extensive treatments, payment arrangements can be discussed directly with your treating dentist, who will work with you to find an approach that fits your circumstances.
How soon can I get an emergency appointment if I am in severe pain?
We offer same-day emergency appointments for patients in acute pain. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call us as soon as possible at +852 2526 2383 during clinic hours so our team can prioritise your care and prepare for your arrival. Same-day treatment is available for toothaches, dental abscesses, lost fillings, cracked teeth, and wisdom tooth pain.
Can I use my Hong Kong Health Care Vouchers at your clinic?
Hong Kong Government Health Care Vouchers are accepted by select dentists within our team. As availability may vary, we kindly ask that you call us at +852 2526 2383 before your appointment to confirm which of our dentists are currently registered to receive vouchers. We are happy to help match you with the right clinician.
I am very nervous about dental work. What options do you have to help me relax?
You are not alone — dental anxiety is very common, and our team is specially trained to care for nervous patients with patience and compassion. Our dentists take time to explain each step of your treatment and work at your pace to create a calm, reassuring environment. For patients who need additional support, we also offer nitrous oxide (happy gas) for mild relaxation, as well as conscious sedation options in partnership with MAC Sedation Centre for deeper anxiety management — please let us know your concerns when booking so we can discuss the best option for you.
Are your dentists experienced in treating kids who are scared of dental treatments?
Absolutely. All of our general dentists are experienced in treating children with patience and a gentle touch, helping young patients feel safe and at ease from their very first visit. For families who prefer an extra level of specialist care, we also have dedicated paediatric dentist specialists available — giving you the flexibility to choose the level of expertise that best suits your child’s needs.
